Julius Malema
ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema was found guilty of provoking divisions within the ruling party and of bringing the organisation into disrepute on Thursday, and was suspended for five years. He will vacate his position. This was after Malema said earlier this year the ANCYL would send a team to Botswana to consolidate local opposition parties and help bring about regime change there. Malema later apologised for the remarks, but they were widely believed to have caused serious diplomatic embarrassment for the ANC.

Malema was found not guilty on a third charge of inciting racial hatred and inflaming divisions in the country.

Corruption thieves –Nigeria

Nigeria, the white elephant of Africa, Nigeria is the 5th largest oil producer in the world, but these billions of dollars must first pass through the pockets of a handful of ex-general, politicians and the so call chiefs. The number one cause of corruption in this country is lawlessness.

There are laws but they are never enforced. This is a country where you can do whatever you like, particularly if you are wealthy, “If a poor man steals, they say he is a poor man; then they jail him or they can stone him to death in the street. But when a rich man steals, they look for grammar to color it.
However, some of our royal fathers are deep in corruption. They take money from government to do projects but will not do it. Another cause of corruption in the country is that Nigerians prefer the short cut to success. Nigeria educational institutions are riddled with corruption. The academicians too cut corners.

What a shame, impoverished status of Nigerians despite wealth of the country. The people in power allow their citizens to live in squalor while they enriched themselves and their families.

Egyptians gain a lot on “the idea of an internet revolution”

A revolution that is happened at Egypt as I type. My interests in it lie in the fact that it’s an online revolution. Social networking led to change in Tunisia, and caused demonstrations in Yemeni. It’s amazing to behold.

I connect in with a lot of political debates on and offline and everyone agrees that Nigeria is in dire need for a change. However those same people laughed at the idea of an internet revolution...yet here it is! Been up all day and night following all updates, because I am so happy about the possible outcomes of Egyptians.

Sex or NO! mark

Four Walter Sisulu University lecturers have been suspended in a sex-for-marks scandal that has rocked the institution. The scandal erupted when a BTech student in the South African University complained that she might not graduate in May. "I went to my supervisor to find out why he is not giving me marks for my project, (and) he said we will have to have sex first," the 23-year-old student said.
During exams in November last year. On her return to campus last month, she again approached him, but she claimed the lecturer again demanded that they have sex.
Attempts to resolve the matter through the student representative council three weeks ago failed, and she has since reported the matter to the office of the public protector.
The student alleges that the lecturer repeated his shocking demands in front of SRC members and an academic affairs representative. She said she was humiliated when, in the presence of fellow students, the lecturer told her again: "I want to have sex with you. It's that or no marks." She said: "I realised that this is normal practice for him to be so bold. For him to say that in the presence of the student leadership showed that he is used to victimising students and thinks it's the norm to exchange sex for marks."
SRC president Ayanda Gantsho confirmed that he was at the meeting. He told the South African Sunday Times he was shocked when the lecturer went even further and agreed to put his demands in writing. He allegedly wrote a letter which reads: "Akapasi kuba ndifuna ukulala naye," meaning "She won't pass because I want to have sex with her."  In another case, a student passed only after the lecturer was suspended.
The university's council chair man, Dr Somadoda Fikeni, admitted that there were gaps in policies which created problems when dealing with some disciplinary cases. Three institutions - the University of Transkei (Unitra), Border Technikon and Eastern Cape Technikon - merged to form the university, but their codes of conduct have yet to be merged into one.
"We have instructed the vice chancellor to deal with the policy issue as soon as possible," said Fikeni.
Among the suspended staff is a senior public management lecturer on the university's Zamukulungisa campus in Mthatha and three law faculty lecturers on the former Unitra campus.
Vice-chancellor Professor Marcus Balintulo confirmed the suspensions this week, adding that charges against another staff member had been dropped owing to a lack of evidence. He said the suspensions were handed down between November last year and this week.
Balintulo said: "There is a standoff at the university, with students asserting their rights to be protected from victimisation, while staff feel that they are being portrayed as predators.
"There's a lot of anger around this, but we have to act and follow due process."
Students boycotted classes on Tuesday after they spotted a suspended lecturer on campus.
Balintulo then called a meeting with student representatives and the unions on Wednesday.
The next day, staff members pledged support for their colleague, which led to students boycotting classes.

Try a cliché

In business communication we came across so many clichés, the clichés are basically on unoriginal ideas or it can be good ideas that have been floating around for a while. In business communication is all about duplicate the same weary business expression or using old ideas that have been compressed into the ground in order to drum up business which is followed :
  • Expression that have become overused
  • Make reading monotonous and can make the writer or speaker seem like a copier.
  • A damaged expression can convey such messages as "you are not special"; I won’t bother to think; the phrases I used in talking with others are surely good enough for you.
  • Using overly strong adjectives and adverbs may damage people’s credibility.
In business environment, No one can be unique on a daily basis but keeping away from office clichés can at least give managers a fighting chance of staying relevant in the workplace and keeping the respect of employees.

The day of my graduation!!!

The thousands of students rocked the Multi-purpose hall when the guest of honors entered. Everyone was so excited about who the guest was. When they had reached his seat, we rose and sang the South Africa National anthem. Although the first speech was quite dry, the second was pretty interesting. Another round of applause thundered in the hall after the speeches while students from formative and design faculty lined up along the sit numbers. Many waited excitedly for their turn to go onto the stage to receive their certificate from their form Vice Chancellor. When it was my turn, I was so excited that I can’t wait to see my brother and friends who are watching me on the stage.

Feeling follow behaviors

positive mood at work place
Feelings …play a vital role in influential human behavior. Our behavior in the direction of other persons is determined by our feelings toward them.
For example when you Love someone is a feeling that brings both joy and pain to our heart. Joy from being with someone you love, being filled with an emotion so deep and tender that no other feeling can compare. Pain from knowing that I'm so in love, that I'm more vulnerable than I have ever.
Behavior is something accompany with feeling being able to recognize some one behaviors is very important not only for their health and general well being. But in the another side of humankind,
According to Simmons .B. who said “Feeling Good by Doing Good” a good feeling follow Behavior is a term used to describe discretionary behavior at work where an employee goes above and beyond what’s written in their job description to either help other coworkers or to help the organization to achieve their goals. By understanding this behaviors will help you to recognize if someone is happy, angry, dozy, asleep, in pain, or frightened.

Life has NO! prefect definition

What is life? At the same time as the respond to this question may appear simple, scientists have really spent substantial time thinking about this problem. In fact, many scientists would suggest that we still do not have a clear definitive answer to this question. But most people believe that life is defined as having the ability to reproduce, even if it is by cell division.

According to biblical definition of life, In the first book of the Bible, we find these words, “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them” (Gen. 1:26, 27). God gave life to the first humans.

In Islamic point of view about life .Allah states in the Quran that He created man to be His” Khalefah”, His trustee on earth (Quran 2:30). Mankind’s basic trust, our responsibility, is to believe in and worship Allah and Quran contains hundreds of verses that speak of the universe, its components and phenomena such as the Earth, the sun, the moon, the stars, mountains, wind, running water, plants, embryological animals, and the successive stages of development of the human being.

Ordinary people feel that it is not scheme, but procedure that is alive. Others have suggested that life, rather than being, some separate belongings of parts of the universe, is itself universal - Universal Life not in the sense of assurance. Life surround with visible and invisible …of something which human being can not see that why I believe that life has NO prefect definition.

It is better to practice a little than talk a lot

Everyone knows that is batter to practice a little before you talk …perfect. When you tell somebody that practice makes perfect it is telling them to practice. Not To give up continue trying their hardest. You may not be perfect but you will be the best you can be. It does not matter if it’s a mathematicians, statistic learner or acting. The more you attempt something the less afraid you are of it and the better you will be, instead of talking a lot.
Talking a lot can cast you because when everyone knows someone like this. Perhaps your good person, but they will hate to see you around because when you coming they believe that you will tell them everything that they don’t want to know about. Someone who talks a lot is extremely difficult to break away from them in conversation with people like this.
Talking a lot will allowed people to read your mind easily and understand your thinking, your secret and your plans but when you practice it allow you gain confident for everything you do as a human being.
It is wiser to practice a little than to talk a lot.

The sound of one hand clapping…

The sound of one hand clapping...is similar to feeling of hopeless in one sided love; when you love someone that can't or won't love you back...it is resulted to one hand clapping. However, Have you ever experience a bad marriage and a crazy divorce, and don't ever want to be hurt again...Have you experience so many bad relationships and been rejected so many times in the past that don't want to take that chance again.

It is clearly the sound of one hand clapping when the one-sided love commonly occurs, when a relationship or marriage breaks, and one person moves on, while their spouse constantly thinks of them and attempts to win them back. The pain of this situation will be horrible that can useless someone are in a victim of it.

I know it is very difficult situation to be in. Because it will cause you a lot of frustration when it feels like you're the only one trying to make it work. Absolutely because person, who doesn’t care for your emotions, how can waste your emotions for him/her one side love is just like day dreaming. It is a practical answer of one hand clapping without any realistic sounds.

My ...life My way...

“I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination.” I mostly correct wrong things and have strong-willed and decisive unemotional. I like to be in charge, exceptionally capable in organizing and running activities. I believe on my goals and expectations to line with my abilities. I have a realistic approach to making my dreams come true.
Failure and setbacks only make them more determined to achieve something toward my future. I am not easily too discouraged with my independent and self sufficient. My system of learning is hearing and listening, this help me a lot by understand and remember thing I have heard, I store information by the way it sound and I prefer listening over reading and writing.
I like learning by reading out loud because I have to hear it or speak it in order to know it, I probably hum or talk to myself or other if I become bored, sometime peoples think I am not paying attention even though I may be hearing and understand everything being said. I have an easier time understanding spoken direction or instruction than one that are written down. Likely to be athletic, I am not interested in theory or abstraction unless I see the practical application. I have clear visions of the way things should be responsible.

Reciprocal… respect!

Reciprocal respect is the basis of genuine unity. We should endeavor for a spirit of harmony, not for political or economic reasons, but is quite simply because we understand the value of other traditions. We always make an effort to promote religious consensus.
Referring to Griswold .W. who said; respect cannot be hunted. It cannot be purchased. It is never for sale. It cannot be fabricated out of public relations. It comes to us when we are alone, in quiet moments, in quiet places, when suddenly realizes that, knowing the good, we have done it; knowing the beautiful, we have served it; knowing the truth we have spoken it.
When we give respect, we also get respect in return; Respect is another way of showing love. Respect conveys the feeling that another person is a true equal. If you talk to your children as if they were adults you will strengthen the bonds and become close friends is more applicable to interpersonal relationship.
Having respect for others creates respect for you. For example, your reputation is enhanced when others feel respected and treated well in your presence. Being someone that people enjoy interacting with can easily earn you recommendations, letters of support, and a kind word about you to others.
Respect is give-and-take because it increasing your friendships and acquaintances means increasing the number of people in support of you.
Respect help you getting to know more quality people through having respect for others lays the foundation for your better life.

Humorous story of potential and reality

A childrens comes home from school with a writing assignment. They asks there father for help. "Dad, can you tell me the difference between potential and reality. " His father looks up, considerately, and then says, "Let's make an expression out of this. Go ask your mother if she would sleep with Rob Smith for a million rands. Then go ask your sister if she would sleep with Steve Gusy for a million rands. Then come back and tell me what you've acknowledge."
The children are confused, but they decide to see if he can figure out what his father means. Then they goes to his sister’s room and asks her, "Sis, if someone gave you a million rands, would you sleep with Steve Gusy? His sister looks up and says, "Absolutely!” The children go back to his father and say, "Dad, I think I've figured it out. Potentially, we are sitting on two million bucks, but in reality, we're living with a couple of Prostitution.”

It is a poor idea to lie to yourself.

We all lie to our selves, but why do we lie? Sure, lying to our salve is both useful and sometimes we acquire it like fun, yet there are fundamental reasons why we lie; Altruistic Reasons, Fear of rejection, Fear of punishment, Fear of harm and Fear of conflict. We lie for our salve because it mostly works. According to “Tad Williams” said, we tell lies when we are afraid... afraid of what we don't know, afraid of what others will think, afraid of what will be found out about us. But every time we tell a lie, the thing that we fear grows stronger.
The consequences of lying to our salves can be reflective negative impact on our lives both socially and in extreme cases legally. Lying comes in many forms and variations depending on the situation it is to be used in; verbal, writing, physical issues, behavior and thoughts, the fundamental cause are the truly interesting issue.
When people lie to themselves can it be innocent, or is it an indicator of a deeper failure of morals? Because when peoples find out that you are a liar obviously the person has harmed He/her reputation to the public.
It is a poor idea to lie to yourself… because Lying causes anxiety, depression and physical illness. After you lie to someone, you may not like being around that person. Lies ruin friendships, work relationships and marriages. If someone catches you lying, he or she won't easily believe you again. Your status in that person's eyes will drops to zero.

Two days later at night at 1:30 AM the stomach pain started again, the pains were worst and uncontrollable, I started shouting the next place I saw myself the next morning in hospital with plasters on my stomach. So guess what? The surgery was successful I realize that not all who wonder are lost!

Fish falling from the sky

Fish falling form the sky is reference to biblical (Exodus 16) this is usually happened in olden days where Israelites were given the riches of material provision in the form of manna. “When Manna falls from heaven and had to be collected early in the day” when people of world are still enjoying the world and walk with the fear of God.
Nowadays, people are living in selfishness, greed, and a number of other sins, poverty, different kinds of diseases, and problems all over the worlds, there is no fear of God because God has given us freewill.
Sadly a lot of times we use that freewill to hurt other people.
We live in a world that basically chooses to ignore God, refuse to ask for His help, and yet are very quick to blame him when things go wrong.
Fish can still fall from sky only when you giving your life over to God. will not stop the suffering, but at least He will carry the burdens for you, and give you peace that passes all understanding.

“We are what we do”…this will be determined fundamentally the career that will we choose, the career can be resources that will guide us on “what we do “through the process of selecting the profession that is most suitable for us.
What we do will determine if we have the required education level that will allow us to choose a career, to make sure that it is one which is freely reachable at the moment if we intend on starting work right away. If not, we may need to obtain some more education first prior to applying for a certain position or that we required to do.
We are what we do” for the reason that is influential process of thinking about the future ideals, and for motivating us to turn our vision of this futures into reality. What we do helps us to choose where we want to go in life. By knowing precisely what you want to achieve, remember success is not just an accident, it’s the set of small “success habits” that allow to turn any dream to reality.

We are afraid of the wrong things

We are afraid of the wrong things… This is one of the majority fears people have. Afraid of failure is personally related to fear of condemnation and fear of rejection. Most successful people overcome their fear of failure. This is fear incapacitate unsuccessful people facing the challenges in our societies today.

The one of the reasons why we are afraid of rejection is because this is causing us so much difficulty in our minds. We regularly bind rejection to so many other ugly words that cause us more pains that related to Humiliated, insufficient, hopeless, Loser, Not good enough, and isolated.
However, we are afraid of losing what we have. Most especially belonging property or the person we love the most.
The kinds of people or thing that we have are strong feeling towards our life, no matter who they are, what they are… This strong feeling makes us experience their agony. It gives us a calling to rescue them out of trouble. That why we are mostly afraid to lose what we attain.

Life is process not a goal.

Life is process not a goal... Why is because all living things look different from each other; they all have several things in common. These several things are called life process but not a goal.
Move: Animals move their whole bodies to get from one place to another. Plants turn towards the light and their roots grow down into the soil.
Reproduce. Animals have babies and new plants grow from seeds.
Respire: Plants and animals use the oxygen in the air to turn food into energy
Grow: Babies grow into adults and seedlings grow into plants.
Sensitive: All living things respond to changes. Living things notice changes in their surroundings and react to them.
Nutrition: Food is used to provide energy, green plants make their own food using sunlight and animals eat plants or other animals.
Why Goals are the fundamental key to success and achievement. They are the key to accomplishment in every aspect of life. Goals are to consider what you want to achieve in your lifetime. Goals will gives you the overall perspective that shapes all other aspects of your decision making by giving a broad, balanced coverage of all important areas in your life. Example: Career, Financial, Education, Family, Artistic, Attitude, Physical, Pleasure and Public Service.

What is the colour of wind?

The colour of wind is just like loving relationship is one in which the loved one is free to be himself - to laugh with me, but never at me; to cry with me, but never because of me; to love life, to love himself, to love being loved and this are similarity colour of wind is like wine through water, and altered the colour of my mind.
The colour of wind is imaginable thing which we think everyday of our life, according to John Florio who said; “Wisdom sails with wind and time” is likely To long for that which comes not… To lay a-bed and sleep not…To serve well and please not… To have a horse that goes not…To have a man obeys not… To lie in jail and hope not. To be sick and recover not… To lose one's way and know not. To wait at door and enter not… and to have a friend we trust not: are ten such spites as hell hath not.”
The colour of wind is unimaginable of human thinking.

Two people come out of a building and into a story.

On 27th April, 2008 I drove from Cape Town City to pearl to drop a good friend of mine to his place at midnight 2.00 am, on my way back home. I sew a girl walking and crying on N1 expressway alone, I was so shocked! And ask myself who is this girl that walking at this time of night alone without anybody is this ghost or human being I said to myself let me stop and find out what is the problem.
However, I stopped front of her I said hi she respond hello! I told her to come inside and she come inside my car and she still busy crying, I ask! what is the problem she did not respond for over 3 times. I told her if you don’t want to answer my question I will drop you where i pick you up.
Now she starts talking, my boyfriend abandons me on this expressway because of another girl which he thinks is batter than me.
I gave her a lift to her place and from there we became good friends. As we walked out of building and into a story that shaped our lives.

If i were Boss

If I were boss…I will understand and control the world around me, and I will rational truth that makes sense to everybody. I will use logic as evidence and scientific laws with cause-and-effect arguments to incontrovertibly prove a point.

I will take challenges. By set myself goals, including short- medium- and long-term objectives. I will think about what I want to achieve in life and then plan it step by steps to make sure the challenges I take are attainable.

I will appreciate and sometimes surprising road to happiness through service to others. This will be in a small way, helping people where I can. It may be in a public livelihood such as teaching and it may involve privation and personal sacrifice.

I cannot hide what I experienced for myself. What … I had, what…I know what… I see what...I believe, what ...I do and what...I understand. Through these experiences, I will be accessible by creating sympathy to other peoples around me.

I am

I am a Prototype

I owe my being to the hill and the valleys equally adapt at recognizing opportunities for others. When I have an opinion, everyone in their circle is certain to grasp its wisdom. The reason why I said that “I am a prototype” that can be somewhat intimidating to others, including the people I love. From an early age I tended to select like-minded friends. Those doses not fall in love heedlessly.
I always mostly respect whoever that I love and inevitably choose a partner who embodies their concept of integrity and intelligence.

I am the kind of person that will never aspire to something that is beyond my capabilities, but I am always willing to sacrifice a great deal to get where I want to go.I like practical, traditional and organized. Likely to be athletic, I am not interested in theory or abstraction unless I see the practical application. I have clear visions of the way things should be loyal and hard-working.

I like to be in charge, exceptionally capable in organizing and running activities. My goals and expectations are in line with my abilities. I have a realistic approach to making my dreams come true. Failure and setbacks only make them more determined to achieve something toward my future.
